ingredients
- decent ribeyes, ~4cm thick
- salt
tools
- barbeque
prep
- salt both sides, massage, let rest a bit. The longer the better.
- fire bbq, closed, have it hot > 400F
- put steaks in bbq, with bbq closed. 4 minutes per side.
- remove, let rest few minutes (2-3 min)
- serve and eat
